* Race packet pickup will be available the morning of the race beginning at 8:30am at Eagle Field 1180 S Waco St, Hillsboro, TX 76645. When you arrive at Eagle Field you will see our large yellow archway and you will find our check in table and refreshment table close by. You can pick up your race packet, and r race waiver at our check in table. We will have volunteers at the ready to assist you in any way. All runners participating in the 5K as well as the fun run will receive a race packet.
The race will begin at 9am at Eagle Field 1180 S Waco St, in Hillsboro. All race registrations are eligible to win one of the sponsored prizes, you must be present to win. The raffle will be drawn at the conclusion of the race.
This is the 2nd Annual 5k Fundraiser hosted by the youth of Church on the Hill. This event is a fundraiser to earn money toward Church on the Hill Youth's (G51) 2023 summer mission trip and camp. We are honored to have the opportunity to host this event for the communities enjoyment. This year there will be two races. The 5K, which will start at 9:00am Saturday, November 12, 2022 and the 1 mile Fun Run starting shortly after the 5K. These are pet friendly races, so please be sure to register your furry friends as well! Each race registration automatically enters you in a raffle that will take place at the end of the race. If you register by Saturday, October 22, 2022, your registration includes a free t-shirt.
1st, 2nd, & 3rd medals & prize will be awarded, as well as 1st & 2nd medals for age brackets.
All proceeds from this event go directly to the 2023 camp & mission trip fund of the Church on the Hill Youth (G51).
